A receptionist that gets better every week.
Your AI reviews its own calls, asks you a couple of quick questions when something's unclear, learns how to say names and services right, and tidies up loose ends — all with you approving what sticks. Here's the loop, called Coach.
Most of the work happens on its own. Coach reads back through recent calls, notices what it got wrong or wasn't sure about, and brings you only the parts that need a human call — a couple of questions, a suggestion or two. You stay in control of what actually changes.
How often it reviews itself
From the Coach tab, set how often it looks back over its own calls:
- Daily — I review my calls each night.
- Weekly — I check in once a week.
- Off — pause for now.

Here's what it saw
Each review opens with a briefing card — something like "Here's what I saw — Thursday, Jul 2" — a one-line summary of the stretch it just covered, plus a quick stat line like "12 calls · 5 booked." It's a fast way to catch up without reading every conversation yourself.
It asks when it's unsure
When something came up that the AI couldn't confidently answer, it holds the question for you under "I have a couple of questions for you." Tap one of the quick-answer pills, or use "Or answer in your own words…" and hit Submit. Nothing urgent? Skip for now leaves it for next time. Once you answer, you'll see "Got it — thanks for teaching me" — and the next caller who asks the same thing gets the answer you gave.
It suggests, you approve
Bigger changes — new knowledge, a policy it picked up on a call — show up under "Here's what I learned — your call," tagged with a kind chip like Missing info so you know what type of change it's proposing. Nothing takes effect until you choose Approve & apply or Reject. Some suggestions let you tweak a detail before approving; most you simply approve or reject as they stand.
It learns how words sound
Under "Words I've learned to expect on calls," expand the
list to see every pronunciation correction it's picked up from real
calls — pairs like When callers say "Vagara", I'll hear
"Vagaro". Each one comes from an actual transcript, so it stays
accurate to how your callers actually say things.
