Forward your business line to your KlevaDesk number.

Keep the number your customers already know. Point it at your KlevaDesk AI line, and the agent picks up. Takes about two minutes from your carrier, and you can switch it off any time.

Pick a mode

Two ways to forward.

Both keep your number. The difference is whether the AI answers every call, or only the ones you miss. Pick one to jump straight to its dial code.

Not sure? Start with forward only missed calls. Your phone still rings first, so nothing changes on the calls you can take — the AI just catches the ones you can’t.

First, grab your number

Where to find your KlevaDesk number.

This is the number you’ll forward to. Find it in the app under Settings → Phone numbers. Copy it down — you’ll need its 10 digits in the next step.

Two ways to turn forwarding on.

Easiest: your carrier’s app or website

Most carriers let you toggle call forwarding right in their app or online account — no codes to remember. Look for Call settings → Call forwarding, choose the mode you want, and paste in your KlevaDesk number. Try this first; it’s the path least likely to go wrong.

Fallback: dial codes from your phone

No forwarding toggle in your carrier’s app? Dial a short code instead. Pick your carrier and mode below to get the exact one.

Common codes — confirm with your carrier. These work on most phones, but codes drift and vary by carrier, device, and network. If a code doesn’t take, check your carrier’s official support page or call their support line.

Example. Your KlevaDesk number shows in the app like +1 (555) 867-5309. Use just its 10 digits (5558675309) in place of <number> — so you’d dial **61*5558675309#.

AT&T uses *21* to forward all calls, and standard GSM codes for the conditional ones.

No need to add a 1 in front — the country-code 1 is already part of the code where it’s needed. Turn it off with #21#.

Replace <number> with the 10 digits of your KlevaDesk number (no leading 1 — the country-code 1 is already baked into the codes that need it). Sub-brands like Cricket, Metro, Mint, Visible, Xfinity and Spectrum Mobile use their host network’s codes. Common codes — confirm with your carrier.

Undo it

Turning forwarding off.

Forwarding is never permanent. Switch it off the same way you turned it on — flip the toggle in your carrier’s app, or dial the cancel code. The universal GSM reset clears every kind of forwarding at once:

On Verizon and UScellular, dial *73 instead. Your calls ring straight to your own phone again immediately.

Confirm it works

Test it before you rely on it.

From a different phone, call your business line. If you set up forward everything, the AI should answer right away. If you chose forward only missed calls, let it ring through without picking up — after a few rings it should roll to KlevaDesk and the agent answers. Hear the agent? You’re live.
